Osteopathy for Children & Teenagers
Our short guide to osteopathy is designed specifically for older children and teenagers: They may wish to read this themselves to help prepare for their first appointment.
Osteopathy is a gentle, safe treatment suitable for children. Osteopaths are pleased to see children and teenagers at any age and stage of their development.
We offer “maintenance” checks at key growth phases and can advise on exercise and posture. Our checks are aimed at identifying and addressing existing and potential musculoskeletal challenges to the body and maintaining a healthy spine and posture.
Our clinic is child friendly with books and toys to occupy small people. We supply songs to help entertain the very young during their treatment!
